Calculation rules

Vehicle contribution = pre-tax revenue − loaded direct labour − products − dealership rent. Estimated operating profit = contribution − allocated company overhead. Management salaries are overhead, not direct labour.

This demo estimates employer contributions using editable percentages. Replace these estimates with actual Employeur D reports once available. Monthly overhead is divided across the entered month's jobs, weighted by each dealership's direct labour hours. If no hours exist, it uses equal allocation. Overhead figures are illustrative until you enter actual values.

Settings and acknowledgements are for this demo only. No emails or accounting changes are sent.

Product library

Enter the purchase price for a container, its concentrate volume, dilution ratio (parts water per 1 part product), and estimated ready-to-use millilitres consumed on a job. The cost is based on concentrate consumed. For ready-to-use products, enter 0 for dilution.

Employees and salary history

Create new hires, edit roles and assign pay changes with effective dates. Historic jobs use the pay rate that was active on their job date.

Pay-rate changes

Recurring company overhead

Owner and spouse salaries are calculated automatically from the employee salary records, including employer contributions. Do not enter their salaries again here.

Agendrix and QuickBooks subscription fees and insurance are separate editable amounts. Use zero for expenses already included elsewhere. Overhead is apportioned by the actual direct labour hours for each dealership in the month, then across its jobs.

Vehicle jobs

Add each vehicle and the employee who worked on it. A job's product cost uses the product library; edit the per-job usage quantities to reflect actual consumption.
